Hon. Bade Falade’s Facility Destroyed After Smear Campaign, Fresh Attacks on His Reputation Intensify

The political atmosphere in Ejigbo has become increasingly volatile as Hon. Bade Falade faces a sustained smear campaign, followed by the destruction of his facility by suspected political thugs. Despite the attack on his property, the campaign to tarnish his name has intensified, raising concerns over his safety and the growing political violence in the town.

Supporters of Hon. Falade have accused PDP-backed elements of orchestrating the chaos, insisting that the violence in Ejigbo is being driven by those seeking to silence opposition voices. According to them, the same individuals responsible for unleashing mayhem in the town are now pushing false narratives to blame him for the unrest.

“This is their strategy—attack, destroy, and then push propaganda to shift the blame. This is exactly how an APC chieftain was murdered in Irewole Local Government. Now, they are after Hon. Bade Falade,” a political associate stated.

The destruction of Hon. Falade’s facility on Monday is seen as a direct escalation of the threats against him. His supporters have called on security agencies in Osun State to step in urgently, not only to protect his life and property but also to hold accountable those responsible for inciting violence and spreading falsehoods.
