The Executive Director, Engineering Services, Ogun-Oshun River Basin Development Authority (OORBDA), Hon. Kayode Sowade has joined family, friends and political associates of His Excellency, Alhaji Adegboyega Oyetola, CON, the Honourable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy on the occasion of his 71st birthday.
